Here you can relax in the fresh air, walk the hills, stroll along the riverside paths or explore dozens of ancient villages, The Lake District National Park & Historical Lancaster. The ‘Wilkinson’ family who have run The Bay Horse for over 15 years has opened The Old ‘Corn Store’ directly opposite for accommodation. The converted barn has two letting rooms, The Oat Room, The Barley Room .

For many years the family has been asked for accommodation and when the opportunity arose to purchase the Old Corn Store earlier this year they jumped at the chance to provide rooms with an attractive and relaxing atmosphere.

Each room is individually designed with comfortable beds and wonderful bathrooms with complimentary Pure Lakes toiletries. All rooms are equipped with flat screen Tv’s and Roberts ‘Retro’ radios.
