Useful Information

Allergies

If anyone in your party has allergies, please let us know at the time of booking.
Our kitchen team handles all of the main allergens and whilst we can minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot absolutely guarantee it.

Children

If you are dining with children, please let us know at the time of booking. Add any notes regarding high chair requirements, space for a buggy etc.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome in our bar area and gardens. Please let us know at the time of booking that you are intending to bring a dog so that we can accommodate your party at an appropriate table.

Group Bookings

If you are booking for a group of 8 or more please call 01524 791204 or email reservations@bayhorseinn.com so that a member of our team can ensure that your needs are met. We take a deposit of £10pp for groups of 8 or more. If we receive notice within 48 hours of the booking of a cancellation the £10 deposit is forfeited, notice of a cancellation prior to the 48-hour window enables a refund.

Deposits

At this time, we do not take card details or a deposit at the time of booking. The exceptions to this are for groups of 8 or more and occasionally for special events or specific dates across the year. You will be contacted by phone if a deposit is required for a specific event or date which you have booked.

Cancellation

We understand as well as anyone, that life throws curve balls and that even the best laid plans can require postponing/amending. As a small business we really appreciate as much notice as possible if your plans change and you are unable to fulfil your reservation. Ideally 48+ hours but as a minimum 24+ hours. Your help and understanding is appreciated.
